InCadence Strategic Solutions, founded in 2009, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Northern, VA. We specialize in providing cutting edge technical solutions, deep functional and domain subject matter expertise, operational intelligence and high-end engineering services for our government and commercial clients. We are committed to contributing to our national security and worldwide Intelligence Community (IC). Leadership

The InCadence Principals bring a combined 70+ years of success and experience in our core business areas.  Sandra Corbett, InCadence CEO, brings more than 15 years of management, requirements analysis and talent acquisition experience in the Engineering and Defense Services industry.  Anthony Iasso, InCadence President, brings more than 15 years of leadership and technical services to the DoD Military Intelligence community, with specific expertise in the areas of biometrics technologies, modeling and simulation, agile development and intelligence systems architecture.  Allan Danis, InCadence Chairman and CTO, has 40 years of tactical communications, engineering and management experience in the U.S. Army, Special Operations and the Department of Defense.

Sandra K. Corbett
Chief Executive Officer
InCadence Strategic Solutions Corporation

Sandra has more than 15 years of executive management, requirements analysis and talent acquisition experience in the Defense Engineering Services industry. Sandra is the Chief Executive Officer at InCadence and provides senior leadership to the company and day-to-day management of the operations.

Her Department of Defense (Dod) services career began in a logistics role in 1993 for the Department of Navy supporting the Naval Supply System Command in Arlington, VA. Upon graduation from West Virginia University with a degree in Political Science, she began her career in the IT and Engineering services arena as a Dod Contractor in 1995 on a Tactical Simulations Program with Mystech Associates.

Sandra spent the next decade of her career primarily in the DoD services contracting environment focusing her efforts in building technical teams, talent acquisition, retention strategy, personnel management, overseas deployments, relocations and compensation. Her experience includes program management, resource allocation and incumbent transition for large and small scale newly awarded contracts. She actively participated in four corporate acquisitions with deep involvement in the due diligence process during her career with companies to include Mystech Associates, Sterling Software, Computer Associates, Northrop Grumman IT and Oberon, a Stanley Company.

Prior to launching InCadence, Sandra spent the past 4 years as Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President at Oberon, a Stanley Company. Sandra was instrumental in the rapid growth of the company to 650 employees in 6 years. She led the recruiting and human resources teams to ensure complete synchronization with leadership and operations teams. Among her primary responsibilities in this role included ensuring effective, rapid staffing of highly cleared technical talent and to maximize retention.  Her success in this role led to new work, teaming opportunities and several corporate awards for small business growth in the government contracting space.

Through her first-hand experience over the past 15 years, Sandra understands what it takes to run and grow a small business. Her goal is to providing technical solutions and exceptional support to government customers and prime contracting business partners while creating and maintaining a great place to work for employees with a strong focus on development and retention of employees.

Anthony S. Iasso
President

Anthony has more than 15 years of leadership and experience providing technical, programmatic and mission support to Military Intelligence, National Intelligence and Defense organizations throughout a career spanning both military and civilian service.

As a Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army from 1995 until 2000, Anthony served in leadership positions in both tactical and strategic Military Intelligence commands.  Following his departure from active duty, he created, and served as the primary architect and engineer for, several highly successful fielded intelligence systems including the Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT), the Detainee Information Management System (DIMS), and the Multilingual Automated Registration System (MARS).

As a subject matter expert in the field of biometrics, Anthony pioneered advanced system architectures in the design and implementation of BAT, the first and most successful tactically deployed automated biometric collection and identification system in the history of warfare.  Most recently, in support of the transition of operations in Iraq, he engineered and fielded the first fully multilingual biometric system, MARS, which provides biometric capabilities in support of host nation and coalition partners.

Anthony’s expertise covers a wide range of tactical and strategic intelligence disciplines and technologies, including: biometrics and identity management, modeling and simulation, intelligence analysis, data mining and link analysis, information management, human intelligence, collection management, multilingual application design, software engineering and systems architecture.  During his career, Anthony has directly supported Operation Allied Force, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, making numerous overseas trips to Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to engineer and deliver key intelligence systems and technologies.

As the President of InCadence, Anthony is responsible for managing business operations, executing business strategy and maintaining strategic focus on core business areas.  Prior to joining InCadence, Anthony served for five years as the Vice President for Biometrics at Oberon Associates, Inc.  He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1995, where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and graduated with academic honors.
